Reviving the Art of Film Photography
Darkroom Amman is a project dedicated to reviving the craft of analogue photography. It specializes in manual photo-processing services, including film development and darkroom photo enlargements, while promoting the darkroom as a creative space for producing visual content.
The project also explores alternative photographic techniques and provides a venue for showcasing works by Jordanian and regional artists. Darkroom Amman is particularly interested in the region’s visual archive and in collaborating with institutions and artists working across the creative industries.
