    This Section uses a world tracer baggage management system that uses a single database to trace primary and secondary baggage and includes a baggage claim system. this allows for statistical analysis and tracking of lost, found, damaged or pilfered baggage.

    Each region has dedicated well-trained staff and a call center to serve customers and follow through. in the case that your luggage has been misplaced, we will deliver it to your home or location once found !

    3. City Terminal
    Skip the line altogether by checking in at our city Terminal a day before our departure. if ou are a travel agency, this is an especially convenient option as your traveling group can just head to the airport with their passports!
