Our extended family members,

As this unprecedented COVID-19 situation continues to affect the lives and travel plans of people around the globe, we have implemented further actions for the benefit of our valued members:

  • We have extended the tier status validity for Platinum HAWK, Gold SPARROW and Silver JAY membership accounts expiring between September 1st, 2020 and March 31st, 2021 for an additional period of 6 months from the original tier expiry date; with the extension of all associated tier benefits.
  • For Royal Club Corporate accounts, we have extended the validity of award miles expiring between 01 July and 31 December 2020, for a period of 6 months from their original expiry date.
  • Members who, by the tier expiry date, have accumulated enough tier miles or segments in their membership accounts to qualify for a tier upgrade or to maintain their tier status for another term, will benefit from the tier upgrade or renewal as per the standard procedure.
