Put on your apron and get a hand-on look into the sundried tomato making

You'll have the opportunity to meet a female farmer from Bookagri and visit her stunning terrace that overlooks the majestic Dibeen forest in the governorate of Jerash, a Greek-Roman city. After putting on your Bookagri apron, you'll learn how to dice fresh local tomatoes and dry them in the sun using a colander. Once the tomatoes are sun-dried, you'll discover how to turn them into a delectable stuffing for mouthwatering pastries, which you'll then bake in the Arabic oven. Finally, you can sit back, relax, and take in the breathtaking view of the Dibeen forest while indulging in the delicious sun-dried tomato pastries and a refreshing cup of tea.
