Due to King Hussein Bridge closure, the following options will be provided to RJ passengers traveling from 24th Sep 2025 till 30th September 2025:

• Passengers are entitled for free of charge change without collecting penalties and difference in fare.
• Passengers are entitled for free of charge reroute within same region only.
• Passengers are entitled for a non-refundable voucher valid for 1 year.
• Passengers must provide proof that they are either in or traveling to the west bank
• Change is permitted for travel on/before 15th December 2025

A Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is a mandatory entry requirement for all arrivals aged nine months and above, coming from the countries listed in the table below:

• Syrian nationals coming from European countries, the Americas (North and South), Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries are allowed to enter the Kingdom, provided they hold valid residence permits for at least four months in the countries from which they are arriving, They are free to stay in the Kingdom for up to one month for tourism purposes or for transit through Jordanian territory to Syria. The previous entry bans for some of these travelers, due to their resettlement in these countries, are considered revoked unless the entry ban is for security reasons. In this case, the traveler is allowed entry to the Kingdom, and the Residency and Borders Department will contact the Ministry of Interior to issue a subsequent decision to cancel the entry ban.

•  The current procedures for the entry of Syrian nationals coming from all African and Asian countries, except for those mentioned in item 1 above, shall remain unchanged. Their entry into the Kingdom will be allowed for transit purposes only, heading towards the Jaber Border Crossing, with guarantees for their departure.

• Citizens of the Republic of Ukraine may apply for entry visas through the e-visa website or upon arrival at airports and other border centers.

• Citizens of UK and Northern Ireland can obtain entry visas through the e-visa website or upon arrival at airports and border centers, as long as:
•  Visitors will receive a one-month residence permit at the border center.
• They may obtain an additional two-month permit from the nearest security center after confirming their place of residence.
• They can also apply to the Residency and Borders Department for a further three-month extension, making the total duration of stay six months from the date of entry.
• This applies to both ordinary British passport holders and diplomatic passport holders not accredited in the Kingdom.

• GCC Countries do not require entry visas and can enter the country with the entry stamp on their passport, regardless of their place of residence.

• Citizens of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan can apply for entry visas via the e-visa website or upon arrival at airports and border centers, regardless of their place of residence.

• Foreign nationals who require prior approval for entry to the Kingdom but hold residency in the following countries may enter without prior approval, provided their residency period is not less than six months upon entry the country and they have a return ticket (GCC, USA, Canada, EU, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, Scandinavian countries, South Korea)
• However, nationals of Nigeria, Iran, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and holders of foreign and Arab travel documents must obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Interior, regardless of their place of residence.

• Vietnamese citizens are permitted to enter the Kingdom without prior approval from the Ministry of Interior. Accordingly, they shall obtain entry visas from the electronic visa platform or through the border entry points upon arrival.

• All Arab nationals exempting Syrian nationals who require prior approval to enter the Kingdom "Iraq, Mauritania, Yemen, carrying all types of Arab travel documents." and have residency in a country whose nationals do not require prior approval, may obtain entry visas through the Ministry of Interior’s website or upon arrival at airports and border centers, provided their period of residence in the residence country is not less than six months and they have a return ticket.

• Holders of Arab travel documents must also obtain prior approval to enter the country, regardless of their place of residence.

• Holders of Vatican Travel Documents and UN passports do not require prior approval to enter the Kingdom, regardless of their place of residence.

• Holders of Turkey and Lebanese Passports are exempt from obtaining a visa and paying fees.

• Holders of Palestinian Authority Passports:

1. Holders of Palestinian Authority passports from the West Bank and individuals with Palestinian IDs issued in the West Bank are permitted to enter the Kingdom without the need for prior approval from the Ministry of Interior or any other country.
2. Holders of Palestinian Authority passports from Gaza Strip residents who possess Gaza-issued IDs and are arriving from Egypt require prior approval from the Ministry of Interior to enter. They must present a valid Palestinian ID, travel tickets, and the approval issued by the Ministry of Interior before boarding the plane. However, they are not required to obtain a letter from our embassy in Cairo. Visitors from this category will be granted a one-month residence permit upon arrival at the border center.
3. Holders of Palestinian Authority passports issued for external use by Palestinian embassies abroad, whose ID numbers begin with zeros on the left, must obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Interior before boarding the plane, regardless of their country of residence.
4. Wives of Jordanian citizens who hold Palestinian Authority passports do not require prior approval from the Ministry of Interior to enter the Kingdom, provided that they present proof of marriage to a Jordanian citizen.

* Restricted Foreign Nationalities:

Lao People's Democratic Republic, Mongolia, Ethiopia, Angola, Uganda, Benin, Botswana, Burundi, Chad, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Cameroon, Liberia, Mozambique, Namibia, Belize, Cuba, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste, Repubblica della Costa d'Avorio, Myanmar, Interpol travel document, Comoros, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Nepal, Djibouti, Somalia, Burkina Faso, Togo, Zambia, Republic of The Gambia,  Equatorial Guinea, Congo, Madagascar, Niger, State of Eritrea, Sierra Leone, United Republic of Tanzania, Mali, and Philippines.

Any domestic worker accompanying their Jordanian or Gulf citizen sponsor is allowed to enter the Kingdom, provided that their residence permit in the departing country is valid for at least four months

•  Syrian citizens may enter the country by presenting a document proving their Syrian citizenship.

• Palestinians holding Syrian travel documents are treated the same as regular Syrians.

• Iraqi Citizens: 
• All Iraqi passengers require prior approval to enter, except those who reside in Syria, or whose (spouse, mother, father, daughter, or son) holds Syrian nationality. 

• Qatari Citizens:
• The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Amman has formally requested that no Qatari citizen be permitted to exit Jordanian territory towards the Syrian Arab Republic (DAM, ALP) through any border crossing unless prior approval has been obtained from the Qatari authorities or the Qatari Embassy in Amman.

• Lebanese Citizens:

Lebanese citizens must meet at least one of the following conditions to enter Syria:

• One of their family members (Spouse, Mother, Father, Daughter, Son) must be a Syrian citizen.
• They must have a valid residence permit in another country.
• They must have a visa issued by any Syrian consulate.
• They must have a valid residence permit in Syria.

• Iranian Citizens:
  Iranian citizens can only enter the country with prior authorization.

• South Korean nationality
  

Passengers holding South Korean nationality are required to obtain prior approval from the South Korean authorities before entering Syria.

Egyptian, Sudanese, and Yemeni Citizens:

• Nationals of Egypt, Sudan, and Yemen are not permitted to enter Syria unless they have obtained prior approval or an invitation from private or government sector.

Moroccan citizens

• Moroccan female aged between 15 and 45, or her profession listed on the passport is 'artist', requires pre-approval to enter Syria.
  

• Citizens of All Countries (except Israel):
  Citizens of all countries, except Israel, can enter the country without any additional restrictions.

• Media Personnel:
• Travel for media or journalistic purposes requires prior approval from the Ministry of Telecommunications and Media.
  

• Religious Groups:
  Special permission from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Syria is required for religious groups to enter the country.

• Domestic Workers:

According to Damascus Immigration and Syrian domestic worker regulations, female domestic workers can only enter if they are:

• Traveling with the sponsor
• Traveling with the sponsor’s wife
• Have an authorization letter certified by the Syrian embassy.

The worker’s residence permit (in their country of residence) must be valid for at least 06 months, and their passport must be valid for at least 02 years upon arrival.

For male domestic workers (such as drivers or cooks), only one is allowed per member of the diplomatic corps.

• Entry Visa Requirement:
• The Syrian government has implemented an entry visa requirement for non-Syrian passengers in accordance with the "principle of reciprocity." Visa fees must be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport, as credit cards are not currently accepted.
• Passengers traveling to Damascus who do not hold Syrian citizenship are kindly requested to ensure they carry sufficient cash (the amount between 500-1000 USD new series) to cover the entry visa and fees.

• for the entry of Syrian passengers to Beirut who entered Europe illegally and intend to travel by land to Syria as transit are allowed to transit via Beirut to Syria within 24 hours, provided holding a valid residence permit for a country outside Lebanon with a remaining validity of more than six (6) months.

Passport Validity:
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months for all nationalities, except for Syrian nationals, who can enter with an expired passport.

• Israeli Stamps:
  Any passport with Israeli stamps is not allowed entry into Syria, except for the following exemptions:
• Official delegations
• Turkish merchants
• Palestinian passports
  

* Entry regulation For Syrians to:

• Egypt: Only Syrians holding temporary residence are eligible to enter Egypt, and tourism purposes are not allowed to enter Egypt.

• Benghazi: Passengers holding visas for Tripoli cannot use them to enter Benghazi unless an Entry Authorization/ Entry Approval Letter is issued exclusively by the Benghazi Police Department.

Any passenger holding a nationality other than Iraqi, but born in Iraq, must carry a physical proof of their birth in Iraq, such as an Iraqi ID, passport (old or new), birth certificate, etc., to present to immigration upon arrival. Otherwise, they must comply with the entry requirements. This physical proof must be an original document and not a copy

• Entry visas (upon arrival) will no longer be granted to nationals of the following countries:

1. Azerbaijan, United Nations Council permanent members (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), South Korea, EU countries, Australia, Canada, Japan, Switzerland and New Zealand. Instead, electronic entry visas will be issued at the Airport.

2. The issuance of Visa on Arrival for citizens of Azerbaijan and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries eligible for direct entry to Iraq are suspended at Baghdad and Basra Airports.

3. Travelers must complete all necessary requirements and fill out the electronic visa application form to obtain the visa correctly.

2. All countries listed above needs to issue and verify the e-visa by following these steps:

- Go to the following link: https://eservice.evisa.iq

- Select the option to "Verify the availability of an active entry visa to enter Iraqi territory".

- Enter the passport number then select the country (nationality).

- Review the result and take the necessary action.

* Exceptions:

• Passengers who are originally from Iraq and hold another nationality (with either a normal passport or travel document) are eligible to obtain a visa upon arrival at the Airport, provided they possess an Iraqi ID or Iraqi passport that corresponds with their foreign passport.
• For newborn babies holding a foreign passport, a birth certificate from the Iraqi embassy is required prior to travel.

For Baghdad International Airport only, Kurdistan E-Visa are not ok to board

Syrian passengers traveling to Basra International Airport (BSR) and Baghdad International Airport (BGW):

• Holding paper visas (Emergency Visas) are not OK to board without granting approval from the Head of Immigration
• For E-visa holders, they are approved for boarding with no issues

For Basra International Airport (BSR) and Baghdad International Airport (BGW) only:

• Afghan and Pakistani male passengers traveling alone are not accepted for travel.
• Afghan and Pakistani families are exempt from this restriction, provided they hold a valid visa and round-trip tickets.
• Visa validity periods:

• Normal Visa: Valid for 60 days from the date of issue. It must be used before the expiry date.
• Emergency Visa: Valid for 30 days from the date of issue. It must be used before the expiry date.
• E-Visa: Should be checked online via the following website: https://eservice.evisa.iq/
• All Other Visas (Multiple Visa , Annual Visa, Semi-Annual Visa , Three-Month Visa , Special Visa, Tourist Visa ): Valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Canadian Entry Regulations 

The CBSA is authorized to collect advance arrival information (under subsection 107.1(1) of the Customs Act and paragraph 148(1)(d) of the IRPA), as well as advance departure information and exit records (section 93 of the Customs Act and section 11 of the EIR). 

The CBSA uses the prescribed information to identify persons who may pose a threat to Canada's safety or security. For travelers coming to Canada, these persons may be subject to investigation and may undergo closer questioning or examination upon arrival.

The CBSA also uses the prescribed information to validate, prior to departure, that all incoming air travelers hold a prescribed document to enter Canada or are exempt from that requirement or are a prescribed person.

For departing travelers, the CBSA will use advance exit information only to better identify high-risk persons and goods that depart, or intend to depart, Canada. CBSA entry and exit records may be shared with other government departments for immigration, social benefits or law enforcement purposes. All travelers may request a copy of the prescribed entry and exit information provided about them by making a request in writing to the CBSA.

Any traveler who believes that the prescribed information provided about them was incorrect may make a request in writing to the CBSA to have the information corrected.

Any traveler may complain in writing to the CBSA if they believe that the CBSA has unfairly refused to provide access to the prescribed information provided about them, has not corrected the prescribed information provided about them, or has otherwise incorrectly handled the prescribed information provided about them. Travelers can obtain more information by consulting the API/PNR and IAPI website and the Entry/Exit website.

Kindly note that passengers who wish to travel to Cyprus by using their Schengen visas attached to their passports must comply to the following : 

1. Visas of C type with Double or Multi-Entries issued by Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, or a Schengen State can be used to enter Cyprus (i.e., for double C - type visa - one entry must be unused).
2. Visas of D type issued by Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, or a Schengen State can be used to enter Cyprus. 
3. Visas of C type with single entry issued by Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, or a Schengen State cannot be used to enter Cyprus.
4. All accepted visa types must cover the period of intended stay.
5. This does not apply to nationals of Azerbaijan and turkey. i.e., must obtain a visa from Cyprus embassy as cannot enter with Schengen type visas

Larnaca-Transit Passenger With Point To Point Airlines

Passengers travelling on low-cost carriers like Euro Wings, jet 2 , EasyJet, Ryanair, Wizz are “point to point” so passengers cannot transit via Larnaca.

Iraqi nationals are exempted from a Visa if:

1. Travelling with a normal passport.
2. Travelling as Tourists for a maximum stay of 15 days.
3. Holding a return Ticket.
4. Holding a confirmed Hotel Reservation.

• Passengers must have a pre-paid voucher at the hotel and not a simple booking. The voucher should be covering the whole stay in Tunisia. Passengers must have these 2 requirements.

Any third-country national arriving for a short stay (not exceeding 90 days within any 180-day rolling period) must present the following documents to enter France – Schengen Area:

To be checked by Air Carriers (Article 821-6 0 10 of the CESEDA):

• Possession of a valid and authentic travel document recognized by Member States:
• • Issued less than 10 years ago
  • Valid for at least 3 months beyond the planned departure date from the national territory
  • Verify that the traveler matches the photo on the travel document
    (beware of identity theft)
• Possession of a valid and authentic visa if required,
  except for holders of a valid residence permit or long-stay visa issued by a Schengen State
• Verification of Schengen entry and exit stamps
  to ensure the traveler does not exceed the authorized maximum stay within Member States (90 days in any 180-day rolling period)

Additionally, the traveler must present to the Border Police services (PAF):

Proof of accommodation, such as:

• A hotel booking
• A “Cerfa n°10798*04” accommodation certificate (must be validated with the municipal seal and a fiscal stamp)

• Sufficient financial means
  

For France:

• €32.50 per day if presenting an accommodation certificate
• €65 per day if staying in a hotel (plus the hotel cost if not prepaid)
• Otherwise: €120 per day + return ticket if not already provided

• Proof of medical insurance (as per Articles L.311-1 and R313-3 of the CESEDA, with a minimum coverage of €30,000)
• No record in national/international databases (e.g., alert systems or watchlists)

India - E-Arrival Card

The traditional physical Disembarkation Card is now replaced with a digital e-Arrival Card for all foreign nationals entering India, including OCI card holders.

Foreign travelers are now required to complete the e-Arrival Card online up to 72 hours prior to their arrival in India.

The e-Arrival Card must be submitted via the official portal: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/earrival, or through the Indian Visa Su-Swagatam mobile application. 
 

Transit Requirements at BOM Airport

Passengers must hold a confirmed onward reservation on the same ticket with the onward flight departing within 24 hours, baggage must be tagged to the final destination.

A visa is required if:

The onward flight departs from a domestic terminal or a different airport in India.
The passenger needs to collect and recheck baggage, which requires clearing immigration.
Passengers traveling with low-cost carriers must collect baggage and clear immigration therefore the visa is mandatory .


As per Indian regulations any passenger (Indian or foreigner) with domestic connection must clear immigration and customs at the first port of entry in India

GPS Devices and Satellite Phones
 
GPS devices and satellite phones are strictly prohibited for carriage by passengers, unless they have obtained special permission from the Government of India.
 
Carrying such devices without prior approval may result in confiscation by Indian Customs.
 
Passengers found in possession of unauthorized satellite communication equipment may be subject to legal action under applicable Indian laws.
 
If a passenger requires such approval, they must directly contact the Indian Embassy or refer to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) website, where all relevant procedures and guidelines are clearly outlined
 

Lebanon Transit Entry Regulation

Passengers transiting (TRANSIT) through Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport are requested to ensure that the transit time does not exceed 12 hours maximum, and have obtained proper approval to enter the final destination country before departing to Beirut.

Lebanon Entry Regulation for Yemeni Passengers:

All Yemeni passengers must hold the following entry requirements besides the passport:

1. Round-trip ticket.
2. Confirmed hotel booking.
3. Sufficient funds USD 2,000.

1. All non-Libyan nationalities are required to obtain a visa to enter Benghazi (BEN), along with a return ticket.

2. Passengers holding visas for Tripoli cannot use them to enter Benghazi.
3. Entry Authorization to be provided via Benghazi Police Department
4. An Entry Approval Letter is issued exclusively by the Benghazi Police Department. 
5. Passengers must possess "OK TO BOARD" authorization.
6. All non-Libyan citizens with an entry permit must receive an "OK TO BOARD" confirmation from BENKZRJ@RJ.COM or via WhatsApp 00218930996317 before traveling on the flights.
7. Passengers must possess a valid Approval Letter to enter Benghazi. All non-Libyan nationalities need security approval (visa) even if they have Libyan residency, it’s obligatory to enter Benghazi

- The letter includes the permit number, name, surname, passport number, nationality, and the airline of arrival.

- Passengers must travel to Libya with the airline specified in their Approval Letter.

- The permit is valid for entry into Benghazi within 30 days (1 month) of its issuance.

 All non-Libyan nationalities are required to have a return ticket

Alcohol is strictly forbidden for both passengers and crew.

Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 02 boxes of cigarettes.

AVIH (Live Animal in Hold), PETC (pet in cabin), and GOLD shipments are not permitted as baggage or cargo unless the passenger obtains prior approval from Benghazi customs and security.

Dangerous goods shipments are not allowed unless the shipper has obtained prior approval from Benghazi security and customs.

A maximum of 5000 USD is allowed per passenger for travel out of Benghazi and for Libyan Dinar (LYD) is not allowed for passengers leaving Benghazi, except for a very small amount.

 Entry Policy for Children of Libyan Women

Children of Libyan women are permitted to enter Libya without a visa, regardless of their nationality.
This exemption is granted provided that proof of the relationship is presented (birth certificate, marriage certificate).

 Applicable to passengers traveling to Tripoli Mitiga (MJI) station only:

• Passengers holding visas issued by the Libyan Embassy or by the Airport Authority do not require OKTB from the station
  

• Nationals also do not require visas and therefore do not need OKTB from the station.

Visa & Baggage information:

1. Visa Validation: 
Only valid visas on valid passports will be accepted. Once a passport expires or is canceled, the visa on it will be void as well.

2. E-Visa:
Please be informed that we can accept customers with an e-visa. However, it is important to note that the e-visa status must be issued, and the passport number mentioned in the e-visa approval must match the actual passport the passenger is traveling with.

3. Return/Onward Tickets: 
Visitors without return or onward tickets could be refused entry. This does not apply to passengers with a valid visa. However, if the immigration authorities doubt the passenger's reason for entry, they may deport the individual as INAD. To avoid this, it is advisable for passengers to have a return ticket, hotel booking, or an invitation letter, as these documents confirm the purpose of the trip.

4. Baggage for Transit Passengers:

Domestic Flights:  Baggage should only be checked through to DME.

International Flights: All Baggage for transit passengers traveling to a third country can be checked till to the final destination (if an agreement with the outbound carrier exists), except for flights to Customs Union countries including Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kirgizstan where no transit exists between these countries. In such cases, baggage should be checked through to DME only.

5. Customs Regulations:

- According to customs regulations for travelers entering the Russian Federation, there is a baggage allowance limit of 50 kilograms (including both checked and hand baggage) and/or a value of RUB 65,000. Exemption: Nationals of the Russian Federation who have been abroad for more than 6 months.
- The amount over 10 thousand dollars must be declared.
The amount is calculated at the official exchange rate of the Central Bank, which is set on the date of export. 10 thousand dollars include cash both directly in foreign currency and in rubles.

All foreigners entering Russia visa-free should obtain a QR code via the Gosuslugi ruID app before arrival.

* How to Get the QR Code:

• Install and log in to the Gosuslugi ruID app (or create an account).
• Upload a photo and passport details.
• Submit an application with purpose and stay duration at least 72 hours before arrival (4 hours for emergencies with documents).
• Receive and save the QR code.
• Present the QR code and passport at the border.
• Complete biometric checks (photo, fingerprints) at designated points.
• The QR code is valid for 90 days; a new one is needed if entry is delayed.

* Exemptions (No QR Code Needed):

• Belarus citizens
• Children under 6
• Visa, TRP, PRP holders
• Diplomats and families
• Accredited international organization staff
• Children 6–18 must have applications submitted by parents or guardians.

* Important:

• Biometric data must be registered via the ruID app or Gosuslugi.
• Biometric checks are mandatory at Moscow airports and Mashatovo checkpoint.
• Entry is denied without a QR code or if data is incorrect.
• Foreigners arriving in Moscow must submit fingerprints within 10 days to access government services.
• An “Electronic Card of a Foreign Citizen” with a QR code can be obtained in Moscow for quick ID verification.

KSA – Passengers Holding (Schengen, US, or UK) Visas or Permanent Residence.

• Entry rules through Jeddah:

All passengers holding Travel Documents are not allowed to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for any type of visa until further notice.

This restriction does not apply to passengers holding a valid Saudi Residence Permit (Iqama).

KSA - Clearance Permit for Controlled Medications

Passengers coming to or from the Kingdom who are carrying medications containing narcotic substances or psychotropic drugs for personal use, or those acting on their behalf, obtain a clearance permit for those medications through the Controlled Drugs System (CDS) electronic platform via the link (http://cds.sfda.gov.sa) or by scanning the QR code provided below, effective from 01/11/2025:

1- Group A Countries (Eligible for E-Visa (via www.visa.visitsaudi.comand Visa on arrival)

Citizens of countries benefiting from a Tourist Visa:

visas through the Kingdom's representations abroad except the Excepted Nationalities from visa upon arrival (as specified above) as following:

• Holders of a valid tourist or commercial visit Visa from (US, UK, or Schengen) after ensuring that the visa has been used at least once to enter the country granting the visa. This includes the First-degree relatives (as specified below) of the visa holders coming with them. 

• Holders of permanent residence from (US, UK or EU) after ensuring presence of the residence. This includes the First-degree relatives (as specified below) of the permanent residence holders coming with them. 

The above categories can obtain a visitor visa for the purpose of tourism upon arrival at one of KSA international airports provided:

a.     06 months’ validity of the passport.

b.     Holding round trip TKTs.

c.     First-degree relatives (Meaning specified below).

d.     Applicants must be 18+ unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

e.     Visa fees (SAR 300) and insurance (SAR 140). The amount in SAR is equivalent to $123

dollars. The visa is valid for up to one full year (365 days) with a

maximum 90-day duration of stay at one time and multiple entries.

•  First-degree relatives meaning for below stations:

A.     JED station: Father, Mother, Wife and Children.

B.     MED station: His Wife/Her Husband, Children below 18 years old, father and mother.

C.     RUH station: His wife and children only.

D.     DMM station: His wife/her husband and children only.

• The Excepted Nationalities from visa upon arrival for below stations:

A.    JED station: Iran, Syria, Palestine, Libya.

B.    MED station: Iran, Syria, Palestine, Libya

C.    RUH station: Iran, Syria, Palestine, Libya.

D.    DMM station: Iran, Syria, Palestine, Libya.

3- Travel documents holders:

A.    All travel documents holders are not eligible for visa upon arrival in KSA.

B.     All travel documents holding tourist visas are not allowed to enter KSA. Other type of visas are allowed provided that all information mentioned is correct (the original nationality mentioned in the travel documents should be match in visas)

C.     Travel documents holding valid/ or active visas are not accepted in case of the following:

• Passenger nationality is not reflected on the document.
• Passport issued with short validity period (less than 01 year).
• Passengers traveling with travel documents must hold a permanent resident of the country issued with the document.
• Any statement on the document may indicate that passenger may refused re-entry

Visa Requirements for Specific Categories: For passengers arriving from Group B countries who hold a Schengen visa, a US visa, a UK visa, or permanent residency in the US, UK, or the EU, airlines must ensure that they meet the requirements for obtaining visas upon arrival. Passengers who have obtained their visas through electronic services must be verified before boarding. 

Residency Requirements for GCC Residents: All incoming tourist visa holders from GCC countries must possess valid residency permits (valid for more than 3 months) that allow them to return to their respective GCC countries, in addition to holding a valid e-visa before their arrival. 

Verification of GCC Residency: Airlines must read the visa data for residents of GCC countries and ensure its validity by matching it with the passenger's passport using the QR code on the visa. This must be cross-checked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs platform to confirm its integrity and compliance with the conditions for obtaining a tourist visa. 

Tourist Visas Upon Arrival: Those seeking a tourist visa upon arrival from the categories approved through passport platforms must ensure they have access to electronic payment methods for the collection of fees. Airlines are urged to consider the number of such arrivals, including groups, and encourage passengers to obtain their visas electronically prior to arrival to facilitate timely service. 

 

KSA – Exemption For Citizens Of Saudi Arabia And Cyprus Holders Of (Diplomatic, Special, And Service) Passports From The Visa Requirements.

Citizens of the Kingdom and holders of passports (diplomatic or special) and citizens of the Republic of Cyprus and holders of passports (diplomatic or service), and to enter the territories of the two countries without the need for a visa and to stay for a period not exceeding (90) days within a period of (180) days

Transit Entry Regulation:

Transit passengers connecting with low-cost carriers through Dammam are not accepted with immediate effect, unless they are from the nationalities eligible for a visa upon arrival. These passengers must pay a fee of 150 USD for the visa upon arrival, take out their bags and go to departure area, the visa payment is exclusively via E-Payments; payment in cash is not permitted .

Umrah  

All passengers traveling to KSA on an UMRAH visa must have their passport stamps checked by staff to verify if the visa has been used before, as it is a single-entry visa, although it can be valid for up to 90 days from the date of issuance, this is applies to any other single entry visas. 

Departure from Saudi Arabia

• If departing from Saudi Arabia with Zamzam water, the water must comply with the approved baggage size and weight limits per RJ’s policy
• Zamzam packages cannot be inside checked-in baggage

Non-Thailand nationals are required to submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card prior to their arrival.

• Who Must Submit:
• All foreigners entering Thailand are required to submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card before their arrival, except for: 

• Foreigners transiting or transferring in Thailand without going through immigration control. 
• Foreigners entering Thailand using a Border Pass.

Foreigners should submit their arrival card information 3 days in advance of arriving in Thailand, including the date of arrival.

Jordanian nationals holding T-type passports are subject to additional screening upon arrival. To avoid being deemed inadmissible (INAD), they shall have the following:

• A confirmed and prepaid hotel voucher covering the whole stay
• Proof of sufficient funds (minimum USD 50 per day)
• A return ticket with Royal Jordanian (RJ)

 
Despite the above measures, and to minimize the risk of rejection upon arrival, passengers holding T-type passports are strongly advised to apply for a visa on arrival (DFE) through the Tunisian Embassy or a local representative in Tunisia prior to travel.

To avoid being deemed inadmissible (INAD), they shall have prepared visa on arrival (DFE) through the Tunisian Embassy or a local representative in Tunisia along with sufficient fund and return ticket before boarding

All passengers whose original point of commencement is Tunis station and are traveling from Tunis to Kuwait, Bahrain, Damam, Beirut, Aleppo, Damascus and return are entitled for free hotel accommodation only at Queen Alia International Airport.

To ensure a smooth process for the service below, please check the following points for clarification:

* LPR and Green card holders:

A lawful permanent resident (LPR) holders (Green Card/Permanent Resident Card) may generally travel outside the United States and return; however, there are some limitations:

• Re-entry Permits: A re-entry permit can help prevent two types of issues:

1.  The Permanent Resident Card becomes technically invalid for re-entry into the United States if the passenger is absent for 1 year or more.
2. A Re-entry Permit establishes that the passenger did not intend to abandon their status and allows the passenger to apply for admission to the United States after traveling abroad for up to 2 years without needing to obtain a returning resident visa. Re-entry permits are normally valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

* Restricted nationals from entry into USA

• Afghanistan, Myanmar (Burma), Chad, Republic of The Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela
• Travelers, regardless of nationality or visa class, presenting a visa that was issued on or prior to June 8, 2025, shall generally be permitted to travel and will be inspected by CBP in alignment with current law and regulation, if no other boarding concerns are identified.

*Exceptions:

1. Any lawful permanent resident (LPR) of the United States.
2. Any dual national of a country designated under sections 2 and 3 of the proclamation when the individual is traveling on a passport issued by a country not so designated.
3. Any foreign national traveling with a valid nonimmigrant visa in the following classifications: A-1, A-2, C-2, C-3, G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, NATO-1, NATO-2, NATO-3, NATO-4, NATO-5, or NATO-6.
4. Any athlete or member of an athletic team, including coaches, persons performing a necessary support role, and immediate relatives, traveling for the World Cup, Olympics, or other major sporting event as determined by the Secretary of State.
5. Immediate family immigrant visas (IR-1/CR-1, IR-2/CR-2, IR-5) with clear and convincing evidence of identity and family relationship (e.g., DNA).
6. Adoptions (IR-3, IR-4, IH-3, IH-4).
7. Afghan Special Immigrant Visas.
8. Special Immigrant Visas for United States Government employees, and Immigrant visas for ethnic and religious minorities facing persecution in Iran.
9. If a traveler is a national of one of the countries specified in the Proclamation, but is presenting a valid Form I-512, PARCIS document, or other similarly issued facilitation document, the alien will be considered out of scope, and will be permitted to travel and will be inspected by CBP in alignment with current law and regulation, even if the document is issued after June 8, 2025.

Effective August 4th, 2025:

UK nationals holding diplomatic, official, or ordinary passports who are traveling to Turkey for official purposeswill now be required to obtain a sticker visa in advance from Turkish foreign missions.

This update applies only to official visits and does not affect UK citizens traveling for tourism or other non-official purposes unless otherwise notified.
