RJ — official carrier for the World Economic Forum

Oct 18, 2011

Selecting Jordan as the host of this important international meeting, and Royal Jordanian as the official carrier for the sixth time, attests to the appreciation the organizers of the forum have for RJ's reputation, as a quality service airline with a wide route network, that has a record in helping arrange travel for participants in meetings of this size and caliber.
The partnership between RJ and WEF has the advantage of granting facilities to the WEF participants and employees from all over the world, over and above the services offered at Queen Alia International Airport. It also involves RJ staff members giving assistance during the days of the meeting, manning sales and reservation offices at the forum and linking RJ website to the WEF's Internet page. The forum's administration will be using RJ's name and logo on all the documents, printouts and brochures to be used at the forum.

WEF, no doubt, has chosen RJ to sponsor its conferences because the airline operates an extensive route network that covers 59 direct destinations and more than 750 cities in four continents, served by the airlines of oneworld alliance, of which RJ is a member. This membership enables passengers traveling onboard RJ to reach all cities served by the alliance with only one stop, in Amman.

The event creates the opportunity to exchange opinion regarding aviation, tourism and the air transport industry in the Middle East, helping RJ, and the industry as a whole, benefit from the huge economic assembly.

RJ is keen to sponsor the forum, the biggest universal, economic and political event in the region, that engages leaders from the highest level of political and business world in dialogue on the most important global issues brought about by the economic crisis, thus trying to identify key regional dynamics and international trends the region is bound to experience in the next decade.
