RJ honors its employees in recognition of their years of service

At the ceremony that took place at RJ’s headquarters, Acting President/CEO Captain Haitham Misto expressed the management’s thankfulness to all members of the RJ family, praising the strong relationship that ties the airline’s employees.

RJ employees are known for their cooperation and team spirit, traits that helped the airline face challenges and obstacles, and that create a positive energy and work atmosphere.

Captain Misto also said that the company is proud of its qualified human asset in all areas of air transport industry, and that RJ is an academy that trains professional cadre to run this dynamic business.

He stressed that RJ is confident in its ability to move on, grow and register more success through the effort of its people, whose hard work will help the airline overcome challenges, particularly those imposed by the instability in the region.

Misto called upon the RJ staff to be optimistic and positive, qualities that raise the morale, fuel ambition and lead to grabbing opportunities. He said that better services and improved performance should be the company’s goals, as this helps all indicators go up, increases revenue and reaches profitability.

At the end of the ceremony, which was attended by several members of the top management, Misto delivered plaques and years of service certificates in a family atmosphere.
