Royal Jordanian Ranks First in Arrival On-Time Performance in the Middle East and Africa for April
Royal Jordanian apologized to its passengers for any delay that may occur during these days on some of its flights, in light of the current heavy passenger traffic, shortage of personnel working at airports and global ground handling companies, and the spread of the Omicron virus, with which many of RJ crew members are tested positive. Meanwhile, the airline is working relentlessly and within its capabilities to send crew members to the stations that are affected by this delay.
RJ stressed its keenness to provide the best services to its customers and its utmost concern for their safety, and that any delay that may occur to some flights is in all cases beyond the control of the company. RJ appreciates the patience of its customers and their understanding to such circumstances.
