RJ Unlimited Terms and Conditions

 You can book your smart package via https://rjunlimited.rj.com/ 

1. RJ Unlimited is available for purchase on Royal Jordanian official website only.

2. RJ Unlimited is available for round-trip travel only. One-way bookings are not permitted. Both outbound and return flights must be included in the same package

3. RJ Unlimited can be used only on Royal Jordanian marketed and operated flights, codeshare flights are not included in the smart package.

4. RJ Unlimited can be used for regular flights (3 series number) – extra flights and charter are not included.

5. RJ Unlimited can be purchased for either economy class or business class.

6. Number of passengers for each package is limited to nine (9) passengers per package. Passengers names must be filled when the package is purchased and cannot be changed thereafter.

7. Infants cannot be added to the purchased package and reservations for infants can be done via Royal Jordanian’s call center after booking (regular fare) and additional charges will be added.

8. Children discount is not applicable; child is treated as an adult when purchasing the RJ Unlimited package.

9. RJ Unlimited product is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, non-reroutable, non-extendable and nonupgradeable Once purchased.

10. RJ Unlimited trips are strictly non-reroutable, no change on the Origin/Destination can be applied after issuing the package.

11. Flight changes and modifications are permitted subject to the following fees:

12. In case of flight cancellation, the following fees apply:

14. Tickets under RJ Unlimited can only be booked on class O-I.

15. Seasonality, holidays, and special event affecting prices will be determined by Royal Jordanian Airlines’ at its own discretion.

16. For any RJ Unlimited trip, the below baggage allowance conditions apply:

17. Extra baggage can be purchased and are subject to Royal Jordanian’s rules and published prices.

18. RJ Unlimited is valid only for the period it is purchased for and all tickets under a package must be utilized within the validity period. Any unused package after expiry are non-refundable and automatically expire.

19. Discounts are not applicable to taxes and taxes will be added to the prices after the discount is calculated.

20. Consent to Transfer and Use: The individual making the purchase has further acknowledged and agreed that by providing Royal Jordanian with any personal or proprietary information, the individual hereby expressly give their consent to the transmission of such personal or proprietary information over international borders for the purpose of processing the relevant transactions.

21. Royal Jordanian shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any technical problem or disruption of any kind during RJ Unlimited. In such event, Royal Jordanian will use its reasonable effort to remedy the disruption and resume the purchased product transaction on a fair and equitable basis .

22. Royal Jordanian reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the purchase of RJ Unlimited without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the individual concerned is not entitled to any compensation or claim for any cancellation, termination or suspension by Royal Jordanian.

23. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth here, the Royal Jordanian Conditions of Carriage applies to all reservations made using RJ Unlimited and all other Royal Jordanian regulations and polices, including the Privacy Policy, shall apply.

24. Royal Jordanian reserves the absolute right as its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the terms and conditions herein at any time, without any prior notice.

25. There is a 5 days advanced purchase. You can book your flight after 5 days from purchasing the package.

26. RJ Unlimited is available for round-trip travel only. One-way bookings are not permitted. Both outbound and return flights must be included in the same package

27. Any request for changes or amendments to the RJ Unlimited package will only be considered if the package has not been used for any flights or services prior to the amendment request. Once the package has been used, no changes will be allowed.
