Self Check-in Kiosks at Queen Alia International Airport 

Travel comfortably with our self-check-in service. This hassle-free first step to your journey allows you to get your boarding pass without waiting in long queues at the counters, saving you time and energy!


How to Use RJ Self Check-in Kiosks 

Insert your passport in the designated area. The machine can read it automatically, or you can choose to enter the data manually. Some countries require specific data from your passport. 

Using our self-check-in kiosks is a simple, intuitive process: 

1. Select the Royal Jordanian System 

2. Select the preferred language 

3. Select one of the following methods to identify the reservation:

 

  • Name and gender of the passenger 
  • Number on E-ticket 
  • Booking reference & family name 
  • Booking reference & ticket number

 

4. After verifying the entered information, the system will allocate your seat automatically, but if you wish to change your seat, you can choose from the seat map

5. Select the amount of luggage you wish to hand over 

6. After reviewing the security regulations, collect the boarding pass and the baggage tags

7. To complete the travel arrangements and ensure the accuracy of the entered data, move to the check-in counter (located opposite to the machines) to drop off the luggage

8. Make sure the travel documents are handed to the check-in agent before proceeding to immigration 

 
All that’s left is to stamp your passport and head to your gate. You can request an upgrade at the gate if seats are available. 

Where the Kiosks Are Located 

You can find our kiosks after going through the immigration entrance, entering gates 3, 4, and 5 next to the Check-in Counter A1. 

Three other machines are found near Section B Counters. Specifically, next to Counter B32 after entering the airport through Gate 5. 


Our Self Check-in option is available for all destinations except for Jeddah, Madinah, Canada, USA, UK, Germany or Charter Flights RJ6000-6999
