- This service is available exclusively at Amman Airport (Queen Alia International Airport) (QAIA).
- The service is not available for transit passengers.
- The service is not available for domestic flights.
- The service is not available for passengers with visa issues.
- The service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Charges apply per passport.

- Passengers who have purchased Priority Check-in are not restricted from using Royal Jordanian’s Web Check-in service.
- Priority Check-in counters are not general baggage drop-off points for passengers who checked in via Web Check-in. Only passengers who have purchased the Priority Check-in service may use them for this purpose.
