RJ launches new Online Premium Services

The services which can be purchased through RJ website on www.rj.com, include Queen Alia International Airport crown lounge pass for economy class passengers  “Lounge pass”, Crown class online bidding program “Go Crown”, onboard duty free service and online duty free purchases prior to the flight, through “Royal Boutique”.

Royal Jordanian President/CEO Stefan Pichler said that these services are another milestone to enhance the travel experience of all guests by offering unbundled and flexible services. “We at RJ will follow and listen to our guests and make our products available in a convenient way. Shopping RJ online saves time and effort. Our guests should be able to tailor their trip according to their needs.”

“Go Crown” is an online bidding program that allows passengers holding confirmed economy class tickets to place a bid to upgrade to crown class with low prices in simple steps from the comfort of their home.

Economy class passengers can also electronically buy a voucher to access the Crown Lounge at Queen Alia International Airport for $39, accessing RJ’s website.

The “Lounge Pass” enables its holders to enjoy the Crown Lounge services three hours before their departure.

RJ also gives its arriving and departing guests the opportunity to electronically shop duty free branded products at “Royal Boutique” before their flights.

Royal Jordanian started providing the duty free on board sale service last year on most of its long- and medium-haul flights by cooperating with the DFASS International Group.
